A bit of my back tooth with filling has broken off HELP?
My back tooth with a large filling in. A bit of my tooth has just fallen off the front of it whilst eating chocolate. Will get aapointment at dentist tomoz but scared they will take my tooth out. Any ideas what they will do & how much likely to cost also on maternity leave at mo will I get it free
A large filling indicates that the remaining tooth is thin, weak, and brittle. Refilling only takes away more tooth structure and you end up with a worse situation. At this stage the tooth should be strengthened and protected with some kind of crown. Good luck.
How can I make my Sister's Baby Shower EXTRA special with UNIQUE details?
I am throwing my sister's baby shower next weekend, and have all the basics covered, such as food, punch, centerpieces, baloons, etc..
Now I am looking for those extra details one can do to make it extra special and add that "WOW factor."
I want her to be completely wow'd when she walks in the door!
Things I have already done:
~Got a chocolate fountain
~Blew up ultrasound pictures of her baby and framed them to place around the party.
~Slideshow of her Maternity pictures
~Personalized cookies with her baby's name on them.
~Blueberries frozen in ice cubes.
What else can I do?? What about special ways to decorate the food table? Present table?
Please share any amazing and unique ideas so that I can give my sister her DREAM baby shower!

are you doing games? If so, you can buy 5 or 6 baby food jars, peel the labels and have people guess what's in them.
I must say that I REALLY love your ideas for her shower. It's hard to outdo that. Do you have favors for everyone? At my friend's baby shower, they had nice smelling candles out for everyone.
You should do this as it was done to mine and many others I know....Have baby or small child pics of your sister and her husband/boyfriend.
Also, you can have a smaller pic of baby's ultrasound somehow put in the middle of a 12 x 12 paper or bigger (however you want) and have people sign it and write personal messages.
