Swimsuit Coverup

Is this a cute outfit, in your opinion?

I bought this outfit from Macy's. It's for the summer, school, and an outfit for when we go to Jamaica this fall.

Dress: http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=300314&CategoryID=17140&LinkType=EverGreen

Vest:http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=301344&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx.esn_results

The vest is mostly just to make the outfit more school-appropriate. And I know, I need to get some shoes, jewelry, etc., to go with it. That's just the basic outfit. I also thought the dress could double as a skirt, as well as be a cute swimsuit coverup! What's your opinion?
I'm just using the DRESS from the first picture, and the vest from the second picture. (The brown strapless dress adn the tan vest).

haha i was just on macys.com and saw that dress..i love it! drop the vest though-i know u may need it for school, but try a sweater or something like a cardigan thing on top-the vest would screw up the look

happy shopping =]

Swimsuit Cover-Ups???

Is a cover up like this supposed to be worn like it is in the picture, also with the bikini top still on.... OR can it be worn just below the bikini top, so that the whole bikini top is showing (aka the cover-up would be worn just below my boobs...lol, but with my bikini still on, obviously)....OR does it matter??

Also, are you supposed to wear shorts underneath, OR only ur bikini bottoms, OR does that matter???

Do you "have" to wear a cover-up with your swimsuit, or could you just wear your swimsuit around wherever you are at the time?

I'm a 13 year old girl. THANKS!

To wear something like that, you would wear it exactly like in the picture. It doesn't matter if you wear shorts underneath or not. You should wear a cover-up with your swimsuit if you're going out in public.
